
Basic Management Program

The basic management program (FaST TRACE) is a point of scan data entry system, which means that the data required for compliance has been incorporated in a manor that allows the user to link animal information to the EID tag at any time of handling. Birth Certificates, Move-In, Move-Out, Import and Export transactions made simple!
How the system works
The program works just like and Excel spreadsheet, each entry automatically incorporates all the preset information with each animal. Each event type has been specifically mapped to match the template required formatting in Microsoft Excel that is necessary for seamlessly uploading data to the CLTS. The user sets up the scanning session based on the event type and enters account and premises information prior to scanning. Once the fields are set, the user can quickly scan and capture information using our preset large inputs that are programmed with the appropriate abbreviations. At the end of the scanning session the user exports the data within the system to secure internal memory and assigns a file name. The user then connects the hand held PC to a laptop or desktop computer and downloads the file (3 mouse clicks). The user then logs into their assigned CLTS account and uploads the file.
